[OZAPRS] Re: Foundation calls gentle reminder

I thought it had something to do with the callsign indicating they were 
an amateur station and as such, they were operating outside the terms of 
their licence. I've been searching the ACMA web site but my mind is on 
an approaching flood for Kempsey, and whether I have to go into town to 
the radio station's office to move computers and such to higher ground.

We've gone from marginal drought last Friday to 17" rain in 6 days.
