[OZAPRS] Foundation calls gentle reminder

Folks,

 

Just a gentle reminder that the use of digital modes (including APRS) is not
permitted by Foundation calls..

 

Seeing a couple of VKxFxxx calls connected to first and second.aprs.net.au
(one is running an IGate !!)
