[OZAPRS] WXSVR-AU testing

Folks,

 

Don't be too alarmed if you start seeing some strange objects appearing off
the south coast of VK7 over the next couple of days..

I'm testing out some mods that I've made to allow a lot more flexibility in
the warning area definition and object creation routines, which will allow
us to better alert for such things as flood warnings.  If the testing is
completed, you'll start to see some better alerting of certain warning
types.
