[OZAPRS] TinyTrack3 Plus GPS Combo- Problems

The TT3Plus was supplied as a GPS combo, that is it is supposed to  
work with the supplied GPS,  a Byonics GPS 2
The TT3 Plus is supposed to supply 5V via pin 4 of the serial  
connector (DB9) which is enough to supply the GPS 2 according to  
Byonics.
