Hi All APRS compressed format uses the destination address field to hold
latitude data

I have to agree with Philip on this one Richard. In the APRS spec its
probably refered to as the destination address field. UiView may display it
because its not entirely bound by the spec and very forgiving especially if
you have the "relaxed" frame check and locator check set in the Misc menu.
