[OZAPRS] 40m Gateway VK7HSE-4

G'day...

I've recently modified my Digi_NED to act a s a full-time (24/7) 40m
gateway centred on 7.034.300MHz (for those wanting a dial frequency its
7.036.510MHz LSB) so this will alter the details that are currently
listed in the WIA database for my APRS station.

Also can anyone share their Digi_NED rules for allowing echo & tune to
be added? I have a fairly good idea just how to implement but I just
want to double check prior to enabling...
