[OZAPRS] 40m testing

Hi Tony

Yes I have been testing on 40m also - off air at present while upgrading
system etc - using a spare IC718 with MFJ1270b.  Was using Xastir but will
reconfigure with Ui-view shortly.

hes been Gated by 5LY but I didnt think 5LY was on 40m, just 30m .. I
have not got 5LY or 7KPC-15 on 40m here in Adelaide as yet.
