[OZAPRS] D-PRS Updates -How?

Thanks everyone for their suggestions on how to get the GPS position passed
through by the gateway. I think I had two things wrong, but now fixed.

1. I didn't have the gateway set in R2
2. I had a ' P' after my call sign.

Once I put the gateway in (VK4RGC G) and changed my call sign to a simple
VK4TDI it all worked nicely. Since I only have the one DSTAR radio I guess I
don't really need to have the ' P' there.
