[OZAPRS] Message Traffic and WX Alerts in Xastir

Hi David,

If they work with UI-View, there isn't any reason why they wouldn't work
with Xastir - the protocol is the same :-)

Could youplease give an example of which messages end up in which view?
There is a subtle difference between the WARN messages and the others -
perhaps Xastir doesn't like this ?   (NWS-xxx instead of  NWS_xxx)
