[OZAPRS] Is a SatGate worth it?

Evening All,
In the last 4 days of operation I have decoded 2 frames from the  
ISS.  In the preceding week it was also 2 frames.

Is this normal or does my setup suck?

Is there anyone actually using APRS via the ISS in this part of the  
world?
