We can add vk4jrc and vk5kfb to the list of excluded stations. I think 
we can also exclude vk2sx-15 because he's only been out portable/mobile 
for a handful of weeks, and he is seen on DB0ANF.

Does anyone know of a 30m aprs station that is not succeeding. I believe 
we should consider ZL stations as likely contenders.
