[OZAPRS] Delayed traffic ?

Well,

Whilst the on the subject of strange things I had 4 VK4's on my map
Saturday.
4rsa-3, 4kmr-9, 4twr-7 & 4tec normally I only see just past VK1.

I had a look at findu.com and below is a copy of the data for 4twr-7 any
thoughts?
