[OZAPRS] Delayed traffic ?

There would seem to be a bug in the keps for ISS for this week. On the
second usable (northern) pass last night, I could see the spacecraft
from my front door when the programs suggested it was then well past P29
and well over the horizon from me. At the same time as the visual
observation I was also receiving frames from the ISS so it was the real
thing.

A new set of keps is expected on Friday - it will be interesting to see
if that solves the dilemma.
