[OZAPRS] HF APRS upsets the car's climate control

You have an antenna radiating lots of RF just a few feet from the 
vehicle wiring and you're concerned about the coax radiating? Really?

Assuming you still consider it to be a possibility, replace the antenna 
with a dummy load and see what happens.
