[OZAPRS] VK2RGL-1 (CabbageTree Mtn) now operational

I saw those speeds and thought my end was in error.

The pre-amp is for my system, vk2rmc-1, in Kempsey, not vk2rgl-1.

I really did expect better performance that I saw, especially when you 
were less than 20km away at times. HOWEVER, we know nothing about the 
installation or of any restrictions that may have been placed on the 
installation with regard to antenna mounting position, etc. I will give 
Shane a ring over the next couple of days to enquire.
