[OZAPRS] New Paradigm for VK4

I assume when we talk about the new paradigm WIDEn-N we mean with
TRACEABILITY (which I think is the new standard) .... There were some
implementation I saw in earlier days without TRACEABILITY ... I can't
see how repeating without TRACEABILITY complies with the requirement for
licence identification in Australia.

Ok, so what do we need to do up here in banana land to use the new
paradigm.
 
My club is about to install a new digi at Noosa Heads, I can modify the
file to support the new paradigm, so do I need to change anything to do
this.
 
It is the standard UIDigi V1.9.
