[OZAPRS] 10Mhz HF-APRS by VK7JJ-15

Gday Mike,

Australia has very good HF APRS coverage now that VK6UZ-4 is running. He
has
added coverage to a big area in the South West of the continent.

VK8ZAB-4 covers the Central and North West areas and there are a number of
station covering the East Coast and ZL.

I estimate we now have 80% coverage of the continent with HF APRS.
I'm not sure how much of ZL is covered.
