[OZAPRS] Issues in SEQ

G'day Peter and onlookers,

Thanks for a very positive and optimistic report from your part of the 
world.  

I think that we all wish you well in your endeavours, and I feel sure 
that if your attitude expressed below can be maintained and spreads - as 
it surely should - to all those working in the APRS scene in your area, 
the result will be a happy and satisfactory one from all possible 
viewpoints.
