Hi,

I found and fixed the bug into APRS-Emergency.

Now the program work fine with TNC connected directly to
UI-View and with TNC managed by AGW-PE

I apologize for this problem.

I have done tests with my THD-7 (Ver.2) and the program
responded with the TNC is managed by UI-View
be with the TNC managed by AGW-PE.
