[OZAPRS] Does any APRS client actually detectanemergencystatus??

To update the group, I've been working with Giuseppe on this issue, and
indeed it does appear to be a bug in the APRS Emergency application.
If you use AGWPE to interface your TNC to UI-View, it works great. If you
have a standard serial interface from the TNC to UI-View, it doesn't work.

I'm currently beta testing version 1.21 which hopefully has this bug
fixed.
