[OZAPRS] Problems with APRS in SE Qld

So I have to ask a dumb question,or  two. Was there ever an APRS 
network plan made for SEQ, or Qld generally? If so, maybe its time to 
revisit it and try to get co-operation with compliance etc. IF there 
was no plan, either informal or otherwise, then maybe its time to 
make one by inviting everyone involved, to contribute ideas etc.
Now that the wheels seem to have fallen off, it looks like turning 
into a bunfight :-(  which will hamper the process of solving the
problems.
We all need to take a step back from our trackers, put in some Viagra 
eyedrops and take a good, long,  hard look at the situation....:-)
