[OZAPRS] Proposed new SEQ digi's...MAPS conversion for UIView

Further to a previous posting re Google Earth, it can display .png 
files. The problem was due to the kml file calling ppm format. Once the 
extension was changed to png (providing a map in that format exists!) 
Google Earth displayed ok.

I'll have SPLAT! produce the files in png from now on and the correct 
kml file will result.
