[OZAPRS] HF Beacon Rate

I sent Dom a packet message this afternoon and have just sent hin an 
email with the url Tony supplied. I saw Dom connected on 40m this 
afternoon but don't know if he magaged to read the message.

Not sure about the SSID issue, however, Tony. It seems that you can get 
as many answers as there are people you ask, and perusing on-line 
recommendations reveals much disagreement, even within Australia, let 
alone elsewhere.
