[OZAPRS] OZAPRS] APRS messaging to other states

Fully supported here in Adelaide via the Igate, Any callsign VK or
otherwise
who drives into the area on RF can message 2 ways. Its only supported via
the 3 major Digis Central, North and South.

I am pretty sure Pt Lincoln is the same through 5ZEA and RPL-1
