As far as I know, not easily - means writing your own device driver and
compiling it into the kernel... But then, the last time I looked was back
on
the 2.2 kernel - spent a week messing about, then gave it up as a bad
joke,
and have always since kept a win95 box with quickbasic on it for playing
with my ISA development boards :)
