[OZAPRS] KISS example

I have VB.NET code, but basically you need to read the AX-25 spec and
fully
encode the packet as AX-25 and then put it through KISS. The only thing
you
don't need to worry about with AX-25 is the physical layer stuff like bit
stuffing. 

I should be able to find the code I have if needed.
