  It is scannable. It would be quite a task for anyone to scan over 200 +
pages. From the looks of it it has been printed off a CD with some
material taken off the web. If you are going to make it available to
others, I am more than happy to meet the postage and send it to you. Let
me know where you wish to have it sent.
