[OZAPRS] PCSAT tracking and google earth

I have a script running that connects to predict under LINUX and produces
me
a PCSAT object for UI-VIEW for tracking.

I modified the script and added it to my web server, so I could use google
earth to track PCSAT.

What I came up with was an on demand script that queries predict under
LINUX
and puts PCSAT on google earth.

Here is the url, which you can add as a network link in google earth.

I have it refreshing every 10 seconds no probs.
