[OZAPRS] 30m HF Operation- new Mode ROBUST PACKET (OFDM)

Jack,
you should upgrade your firmware of the SCS PTC and try new mode ROBUST 
PACKET R300 for APRS.
The GATE VK8ZAB should already be able to receive this with his SCS
DSP-TNC 
and it would be much more efficient on lousy Hf paths.
