[OZAPRS] Was Byonics, Australian requirements

HF is great for the few outback travellers we have. VK has now got a great
coverage for most of the continent with the new HFGate in Perth.

HF APRS is however limited in the number of mobiles that can reliably
handle
before the frequency would be considered full or overloaded. HF operators
have to be mindful of that their settings, such as beacon rate is set to 5
minutes or more. Also messaging is not very reliable on HF.

For the high population routes VHF is a better and cheaper option.
