[OZAPRS] Decode software - 1200 baud ASCII (found)

Found one 

True tty - inverted (cause I am going straight of the PIC USART pin)

1200 Buad

1000 Hz shift 

Works a treat !

I have a 16F628 PIC and an MX614 sending 1200/2200 Hz 1200 baud ascii.

Is there a software program around that will decode this using the sound
card ?
