[OZAPRS] Tiny Trak 3 config?

I believe, unless you have something worth putting in there, leave it  
blank and send every 0.  Majority of people have a TT3, so whats the point

telling everyone you have?

Its what I do on both my trackers.  If I put something wasteful in there  
just for the sake of putting it in there and send every 3, that would be  
enough saved bandwidth for someone elses position report, if I left it  
blank?
