Hi Mark,
Hook IRQ failed would be the key to your problem here in my view.
The baycom will not work on a PCI port like a USB to  serial dongle, or on
later model PC's that only have PCI ports.
I run 2 of them on an old AT PC & they work fine.
The baud rate in AGWPE setup needs to be set to 1200 for the Baycom &
this is covered in the help file & also the modem setup file.
There is a complete article on baycom in the file.
