[OZAPRS] VK3 APRS News - VoiceAlert changes

I find this change very confusing, since Europe and US has different Tone.
However, it is not used very often

If you are running Voice Alert please note;



The CTCSS tone for VoiceAlert has changed!



The new tone frequency is 91.5Hz



The change is due to the change in the VK3 voice repeater access tone.

The voice repeater access tone change was (as I understand it) to align
the
voice repeater tones use in VK3 with those used in VKs 1,2 & 4



The APRS VoiceAlert guide states that that the VoiceAlert CTCSS tone
should
be the same as the voice repeater access tone to allow non-APRS enabled
radios to use VoiceAlert.
