[OZAPRS] Prefix filter broken ??

Myself and Micheal VK5ZEA have noticed recently that the Prefix filter 
seems to have become broke on the APRS server..

We used to be able to use it with a p/vk5 filter .. I suspect recently 
that some changes have made it case sensitive. So Ive briefly tried a 
filter of p/VK5 instead and it appears to work ..

Just a thought .. I see some stations still using some lower case prefix 
filters  on the server
