[OZAPRS] More QRM

[Dion Bramich]

How is my trackers beacon rate part of the problem?  Why do you need to  
know about it?  Why does it need to be a debate rather than a productive  
discussion?  Why is this so hard?  I dont have issues, the network does,  
trying to get people to realise it is my problem.
