[OZAPRS] UI view and OziExplorer

For sending the NMEA data to multipile programs I use gpsgate available 
from www.franson.com. You can create numerous virtual serial ports for 
your applications to connect to. I run uiview, two copies of oziexplorer 
and discoveraus simultaneously.
