[OZAPRS] 30m gateways

Hi Guys,
 
Let's just stick with 30m. There is no point in fragmenting and as it
stands, 30m is not all that busy anyway. To those who say they are not
licensed to use that band, there is nothing to stop you running a receive
gateway provided you don't transmit. If you wish to transmit, there is
always a way to upgrade your license (hi)..
