[OZAPRS] aprs.net down?

[Norm, VK2XCI]

Can't seem to connect to www.aprs.net.au. Get timed out, server took too 
long to respond type message.

UIView-32 wont connect to first. or second.aprs.net.au either. Will 
connect to rotate.aprs.net.au?????

This has been extant for a week or so now. Do I have a problem or is the 
network having a problem??
