[OZAPRS] Decoding HF APRS

Something like this is commercially available at 
http://www.scs-ptc.com/datasheets/scs_tracker_dsp_tnc_en_v5.pdf
The TNC will automatically decode ax25 at +/- 400Hz

But is costs an arm and a leg.

It would be great to see a sound card version of the same thing.
