[OZAPRS] VK3 and SE VK5 packets not reaching FINDU

Happy New Year to all !  :)

Just returned from the South East of SA, plenty of acknowledged packets
inputed to the Mt Gambier freq of 147.575 and VIC, 144.900 but FINDU has
no record.

no breadcrumbs south of Meningie and Coonalpyn.
