[OZAPRS] UIViewV2.39 (16 bit) bad packet formation?

You don't say if you are using a modem or soundcard with AGWPE.
Sounds to me like the Tx isn't getting enough audio. I have similar 
problems with my old ICOM 255A. Audio level is barely sufficient and 
other stations can't always decode. The 255A (which uses a mic with 
inbuilt preamp) really needs a preamp on the audio input as TNCs just 
don't have enough output to drive the Tx adequately. The audio is quite 
noticeably very weak when monitoring the Tx..
