[OZAPRS] Changes to OzAPRS Mailing list

Dear Hamish and All,
 
This list has been hosted since its inception on a server in my workplace,
and so must close when I shortly retire.
 
I imagine Darryl will continue the list on a server of his own or perhaps
make arrangements to host it on Yahoo Groups.
