[OZAPRS] 2m is up and open

Hi Tony,
I've replied direct as I don't think we need to open a "hornet's net"
with what is happenning. :-)
VK3BYD-6, VK3BYD-8 AND VK3HAP-6 are all being broadcast from my home at
their request. It is the bom weather stuff that John vk5zty is running
in the Barossa, for Mt Barker and Eudunda.  One BYD is Wangaratta
weather the other Mt Hotham. HAP is Mallacoota.

I think I'll let sleeping dogs lie.

But I did notice driving to work yesterday VK5RMB being heard by
VK3WRM-1.
