[OZAPRS] APRS in SE Queensland

Hi all,

probably a silly question, but after much searching, I was unable to  
find a definitive answer.

I am wanting to setup a mobile APRS station on my car, and was  
wondering where I might get information regarding local digi-peaters,  
and frequencies? (SE Queensland, Brisbane and surrounding areas).
