[OZAPRS] VK5EX-4

I would be suprised if UI-view could be arranged to stop the frame from
being RXed properly Andrew .. Its not compressed and should be a pretty
straight forward frame.. The only thing that comes to mind is "relaxed
frame
check"  but I doubt that will help.. Is Larry (8LM-4) in the station list
when you/Brian  see one of these position beacons from him ?
