[OZAPRS] PCSAT2 Operations.

Can someone tell me what 9600 baud looks like (never see 9600 before) I
got this for the last past on 437.975 via a kenwood D700 in packed mode
via agw,ui-view. I have set ui-view igate to satgate.aprsca.net port 20150
