[OZAPRS] 1:250K Mosaic

You can convert ECW to PNG or JPG etc but the file size can be over double
the original ECW file . It can take several days to do on a fast PC.

It's best to do it in small blocks and then stick the blocks together.

My understanding is UI-View reads the full map into memory and displays it
where as OZiexplorer just reads the bit it requires into memory. Hence
UI-View map size limited to your physical hardware & OS capabilities etc.
