Hi Andrew,
You need to bit shift each character to the left by 1.
0x82 -> 10000010 -> 01000001 -> 0x41 = Ascii A
Decoding the 7th Byte or SSID of the Destination, Originate and Path
nodes.
// SSID Bitmap
// 76543210
// H Has been Repeated
// R Reserved, Set to 1
// R Reserved, Set to 1
// SSID SSID
// E HDLC Extension bit
// 0 more header to follow
// 1 last byte of header
