[OZAPRS] 145.175 MHz and 100Mb LAN interference

Hi Guys,
I have had the same sort of issues from 100Mb onto 2m and I have often
found that the clip on ferrites with 1 or 2 turns of network cable at the
offending network card or switch can help too in addition to the other
suggestions.
I have not had to restrict any networks to 10Mb though.
